Switzerland – Seenalpersee – Melting Time !
Perfect weather conditions and my new Hassy were the reasons for this early spring hike to the lake "Seenalpersee". Well, the way up to the lake took longer than expected due to deep soft snow fields. Yes, I missed the sunrise but the scenery compensated for it. Despite the bright sun and the strong contrasts the medium format sensor did a fantastic job.
Some additional informations:
- Hasselblad H4D-40
- HC 28mm 2.8
- f16
- 1/250
- ISO 200
- pano of 4 single exposures
... and yes, the files are huge!
Enjoy it.

Switzerland – Uri – Goescheneralpsee – Bergsee
Above the Göscheneralpsee, which is an artificial lake in the municipality of Goeschenen in Canon Uri, Central Switzerland, is this beautiful natural lake called "Bergsee" located. The hike to this lake is not very long but my legs will remember the many, many steps - my equipment is definitely to heavy. Nevertheless, I got rewarded by this beautiful scenery. By the way, staying over night was an easy game because a nice SAC "Swiss Alpine Club" cottage "Bergseehütte" is located next to the lake.
Enjoy the sunrise scenery.

Switzerland – Uri – Seenalpersee Trilogy: High Noon
This is the last one of my Seenalpersee Trilogy. Nevertheless, this is a very nice place and I'm pretty sure that I will go back later this year. Enjoy the fresh air.

Swizerland – Uri – Seenalpersee Trilogy: During Sunrise
You won't believe it but light conditions are changing very fast during sunrise. Same place but slightly different position. Enjoy it.

Switzerland – Uri – Seenalpersee Trilogy: Before Sunrise
Finally, the summer is coming and the melting season progresses very fast. Well, I had to wait nearly 6 months and now the mountain season has been kicked off - yeaahh. So, here is my result of the last two days. Enjoy the beautiful mountain arena. By the way, I captured this scenery just before sunrise and it's a panorama of 6 photographs.
Regards,
Gerry
